Disputes

To dispute a card transaction, download the appropriate Dispute Form and follow the instructions on the form.

Please use Fraud Dispute when you have an unauthorized transaction/charge. Please use Other Dispute when you have a billing issue with a merchant.

Lost or Stolen Cards

For a lost or stolen Card:

Turn off the card in your online account.
Block the card.
Reissue a new card for yourself (or employee).
